The Site is provided for general information about Ensis and our products. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to:

4 Our products are governed separately
Access to and use of our products and services (including MillTrack) is governed by separate agreements between Ensis and the relevant customer. Nothing on the Site constitutes such an agreement or grants any licence to use those products. Information about our products on the Site is provided for general guidance and may change without notice.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ensis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ensis and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
