The Challenge
A multi-site brick and AAC-block manufacturer was running production on whiteboards, WhatsApp groups, and end-of-month spreadsheets. Yields varied 18% between identical plants, and management could not identify the root cause of the variance.
The Solution
Ensis deployed a tailored MES across all four plants. The system integrated kiln cycle tracking, mix-design recipes, automated weighbridge entries, and a single live dashboard. PLCs on the green-line presses stream data directly into the same data lake as quality lab results.
The Outcome
Within nine months, the lowest-yielding plant matched the highest. Month-end closes that previously took 11 days are now completed in 36 hours. The management reviews live OEE metrics before the morning shift starts.
